FAQ
Yes. For our youngest group (4-7 years) we have developed a number of exercises and games over the years that are specifically designed to deliver valuable skills and be fun at the same time, focused on general fitness and athleticism, as well as very basic Karate techniques.
Our classes are “age specific” 4-7 years, 8-12 years, Teens and Adults. Kids at different ages have different interests and capabilities, therefore we dont believe in having all ages train together at the same time.
Students usually attend 1 to 3 sessions per week. For newcomers however, we recommend 2 sess/wk. (If 2 sessions is not doable 1 sess/wk is OK for some time) Fees billed per year for adults start at: $97 & $97/month (1 sess/wk) $147 & $147/month (2 sess/wk) 187 & $187/month (3 sess/wk) Kids: + $12/month
You have the option of starting with '6-month commitment' or, you can go with our 'short term' membership option, which you may cancel with a 60-day notice. The most economical options are our 24-month programs, and they all come with a 6-month Trial/Cancellation period (6 month commitment).
Of course. Newcomers usually start with a Trial Program and train with us for a couple weeks, to test the waters. We discuss membership options if the first few classes went well and you wish to continue.
People usually pick up karate to help them with getting fit, in fact (not the other way around) as karate is a proven effective training system for fitness (self-defense.aspect of it aside). In your classes you will learn how to adjust the intensity of the exercises to match capabilities, so you can play within your comfort zone :)
Karate, technically revolves around self defence skills so, of course being involved in karate you will find a lot of useful skills that could come handy when it comes to protecting yourself, if you ever face a violent attacker.
Simply send us and email, and provide us with the name and sage of the student, and your preferred start-date. OR, fill out the form for our Trial Offer on our website. We will contact you to arrange for your first session.
We can arrange for a call if you'd like to speak with one of the instructors. If interested simply email us, ask for a call back, and suggest a time that you can take a call.
Note:
The call will be made by Whatsapp
The easiest way we can tackle your questions however, is by Email. Please send us your questions to

If you have a child in our class, every once in a while, we invite you to join our family classes so you can train with your child, and lern how to train with your child affectively, at home. Kids and parents love the experience of training together!
Parents who have their kids on our class report:
Generally, classes are designed to deliver a workout, and to learn or polish a set of skills..
Intensity of the classes is adjustable, so you can get more, or less of a workout some days
1. 2 sessions per week to be attended consistently
2. Make a big deal of 'exams' and ranks your child advances to
3. Get involved, yourself! Your child will be a lot more motivated, and accepts training as a part of life, when your child witnesses yourself also being in a uniform, even if you dont train as often as your child does. By training with us, even if at a minimal level, you will learn a lot about what your child does in his/her class, so you will be able to help your children with training at home. Sharing your child's training can be a fun experience for the two of you. Families who kick together, stick together!
